Protronics offers Sage 50 support for customers who need something extra or different to Sage's own SageCover support services. If you're looking for Sage Line 50 support, then this is the right place, Sage Line 50 is just the previous name for Sage 50.
Sage offers three levels of SageCover: SageCover Online; SageCover; and SageCover Extra. SageCover and SageCover Extra include telephone support. SageCover Extra includes premium features such as call back and remote support, and also includes free of charge software updates. Sage's support staff are very knowledgable and Sage also offer a wealth of online support resources.
SageCover from Sage is the best option for most, but not all, Sage 50 users. Protronics offers two Sage 50 support options that complement SageCover, :
- Pay as you go support - attractive to experienced Sage 50 users that want the reassurance of occasional access to support
- Fixed price support, broadly equivalent to SageCover - attractive to Sage 50 users who want personal support and access to remote support without paying the premium for SageCover Extra
