Sage 200cloud training should be, and typically is, tied to processes, rather than simply cover Sage 200cloud (now known as Sage 200) features.  This reflects one of the common differences between Sage 50 and Sage 200 users, which is that Sage 200 users are much more focussed on processes.  The focus on processes may be explicit, and so be based on comprehensive documentation, but more often is implicit and a result of the style of management or the formal professional training of finance staff.

Sage 200cloud processes

Processes are almost invariably shaped to the particular needs of your organisation.   Consequently we don’t have templates for Sage 200cloud processes, as one size doesn’t fit all.

We do, however, bring experience of many different businesses and non-profits, and so can fit your processes to Sage 200cloud features and behaviour.  If, as is not unusual, you’re planning to document or to revise your processes alongside implementing Sage 200cloud, then we’re able to:

• Or take full responsibility for analysis of requirements, design and document of your processes

Sage 200cloud training options

We offer training:

• As short one to one sessions – these can planned so that content of each session is matched to the tasks you have to do next.
• As one to one on site sessions – often used to train the trainer, or to combine discussion of processes with training.
• Group on site – ideal for introductions to Sage 200cloud, or for training teams in the processes and Sage 200cloud skills specific to their function.

We don’t offer classroom training, because the use of Sage 200cloud is so closely tied to processes and requirements of individual businesses and organisations that use it.  The one exception is Sage 200cloud reporting using Excel.

Our trainers are experts in Sage 200cloud of course, but also have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and processes.  They may not know all the answers, but they will understand all your questions.  And of course they’ll get back to you should they not be able to give a conclusive answer immediately.

If you are familiar with Sage 50 (previously called Sage 50cloud) then you’ll notice immediately the strong family resemblance, and are likely to quickly feel confident with Sage 200cloud.
